Returns & Exchanges
There are no returns/exchanges allowed unless wrong shoe/size was received. Example: Ordered size 10, received size 8 (based on tags).
If product is damaged during delivery you may exchange your item. We do not exchange if box is damaged during delivery.
All returns must be sent within 5 days upon receiving and product must be in unworn condition.Return shipping fees are non refundable, buyer must pay for their own return shipping costs. Please make sure to send back all accessories and box or an exchange will be void.
