  • What are your methods of payment?
    We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express (AMEX), and Discover credit cards.
    Note: All prices are listed in US Funds.
  • Where do you ship and what are your SHIPPING RATES?
    We Ship WORLDWIDE. Our RATE is $15/pair
    We will provide you with tracking number via e-mail once your shoes have been shipped. We highly suggest that you place your order at least 4 weeks before any major holiday to allow enough time for delivery.
  • How long will it take for my product to ARRIVE?
    Delivery time is generally 10-15 days from the time your order has been processed. In most cases items are received in 8-10 business days, however we say 10-15 days in case of delays.
  • How do I CONTACT Sole Madness?
    You can contact the Sole Madness Team VIA E-MAIL by using this ONLINE FORM . All inquiries are answered within 48 Hours. If you have not heard from us, please check your Junk Mail Folder.
  • Do we issue REFUNDS or EXCHANGES?
    All sales are Final. There are no returns/exchanges allowed unless wrong shoe size was received. Ex: Ordered size 11, received size 8 (based on tags). If you received the wrong item, or there is a problem with the quality, you may return your shoes as long as its in unworn condition within 5 days of receiving your shoes. Please make sure to send back all accessories and box or an exchange will be void. Contact our customer service to receive an authorization number for directions on how to send the item back.

  • My credit card was declined, now what?
    • There are various reasons for a declined credit card transaction. The most common reason being that the address you entered is not the same address on your credit card statement. If this is the case, please try again with the right billing address.
    • Please note we only accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX (American Express) credit cards. We do not accept gift cards at this time.
    • A simple typing mistake could also cause the transaction to be declined, including entering the wrong credit card number, wrong expiry date or CVN code (the security number on the back of your credit card).
    • If your credit card is still not being accepted here are some suggestions:
      - Wait 1 day and try again
      - Make sure your credit card is not over its limit
      - Make sure your credit card has not expired
      - Make sure you have correctly typed the name on the front of the credit card
      - Try a different credit card
  • What is Verified by Visa and Master card SecureCode?

    Visa and Mastercard each now support a global e-commerce solution that enables cardholders to authenticate themselves to their issuer through the use of a unique personal code. Visa's program is known as Verified By Visa. Mastercard's program is known as SecureCode TM. Cardholders who have a Visa or MasterCard from by an Issuer participating in these programs will be presented an additional window hosted by their Card Issuer. If they have already established a password for their particular card, they will be prompted to simply enter that password to authenticate themselves before the transaction is submitted for authorization. If a customer holding a participating card has not yet established their password, they will be prompted through simple steps to do so. Cardholders enjoy peace of mind knowing that no one else has access to their password (it is not recorded on any cardholder statements nor are they visible on the plastic).
