Online purchases from this section of the website may be made by anyone, for delivery to a billing address, as registered with the clients' credit card company. We are unable to deliver online purchases to non-registered addresses at this time. Immediately after an order has been submitted, an automated sales invoice will be forwarded to the email provided to us during the order process. This sales invoice should be retained for any future references.

Pricing and Payment Options

Sales Tax and Custom & Duties
Given that Sole Madness ships worldwide, we do not charge federal, state, local or county taxes on online transactions; however, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure proper payments as required by applicable laws.
The customer is also responsible for all customs and duties at the point of entry into the country of destination.
Shipping and Delivery
For security reasons, Sole Madness online purchases may be shipped only to the billing address of your credit card. All purchases are shipped with EMS which can be tracked in the USA with USPS (www.usps.com). To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow up to five BUSINESS days to process your order for shipment, in addition up to approximately twelve BUSINESS days for delivery. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Sole Madness cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.
Customers are responsible for providing a full valid address, including apartment number if applicable, for delivery. They are responsible for arranging mail forwarding if they are moving, and for putting a vacation hold if they do not anticipate that they will be at home when the package is due to arrive. Customers are entirely responsible for ensuring the receipt of the package, and Sole Madness WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for returned orders due in part by customer negligence.

Tracking
We will email a sales invoice immediately after an order is placed for confirmation that your purchase had been accepted for processing.
An e-mail will be sent and your account will be updated with a tracking number within 5 business days. If you have questions about the delivery of your purchase, a Sole Madness customer support staff will be pleased to assist you via email at support@solemadness.com.
Refund and Exchanges
Sole Madness wants to ensure your continued satisfaction. For Sole Madness online purchases, we are able to accept merchandise for a refund or exchange when accompanied by the original sales invoice.
Before an exchange/refund can be made, the customer must contact us first for authorization. Customers are required to email us within 3 days of receiving their products if they would like a refund/exchange.
Exchanges on any merchandise can be made only if it is in unworn condition.
Acceptable reasons for an exchange/refund: Wrong size was sent (view Product Availability above), wrong shoe was sent . Unacceptable reasons for an exchange: colors of the shoes are darker/lighter than pictured, shoes had minor color differences from the picture, shoes do not fit, "I would rather have a different shoe". In the event that a return is necessary, Sole Madness will not cover the return shipping costs
Refunds : All refunds are refunded in the full amount and put back onto the credti card used. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment.
Changes/Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to support@solemadness.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, once a product has left our premises for processing and shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified. In this case, please refer to our return policy.

English is the only language offered for the making or conclusion of any contract regarding this website or an online purchase.
